Return Policy

The Foam Company does not provide direct exchanges, except when visiting our premises. For exchanging an item purchased online, please get in touch with us to assist you in the process. Your card will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item in brand new condition.

The Foam Company's Return Procedures:

1. Contact us to approve the requested return within 10 days of the original shipping date (21 days for international orders).

2. Ensure merchandise is in the original packaging and can be sold as "brand new."

3. Use a trackable and insured shipping method for protection.

4. Upon approval, send the package to:

Note that some items may need to be returned directly to alternate warehouses.

Customers are solely responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Your original shipping fee is non-refundable unless you received the wrong item. If reimbursed for return shipping costs, must ship the item using our provided and approved method.

IMPORTANT: We do NOT cover return shipping fees for Swimfins that do not fit. Swimfin sizes, provided by the manufacturer, may vary across brands, as can the width of the foot pocket. For sizing advice, contact us via email or phone call. However, our suggestions do not guarantee a perfect fit, and you will still be responsible for return shipping costs.

Items used or removed from their packaging or boards with an installed leash or leash plugs are not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns for washed clothing, and shrinkage is not a valid reason for returning clothing.

Warranty details:

Warranty periods vary by brand. Please contact the brand directly for potential warranty claims. We cannot replace or refund items without the manufacturer's approval.

Bodyboards are not covered for creasing, delamination/bubbles caused by sun exposure or hot environments, or cuts resulting from leash use, collisions, riding onto sharp objects, or dropping the board on the nose or tail. Manufacturers may require detailed photos to determine the appropriate action.
